* The cricketing brothers Eric, Geoff and Bill Edrich were all born at Church Farm South Burlingham.
Lewis Knight is attending Burlingham in December to celebrate his 30th Birthday. Lewis is famous for bombing out of the ITV show, The Chase, in spectacular fashion. Lewis successfully answered 7 questions in the cash builder round - the highest so far in the current season. He unfortunately then had to face 'The Beast'.
Lewis had a brief relationship with 'The Beast' a few years before he found fame on the popular show, and consequently this is the one Chaser that Lewis did not want to have to contend with. According to some sources, it was actually Lewis that came up with the nickname 'The Beast' after a particularly heavy night.
When Lewis came face to face with 'The Beast', he could not focus on the game, and slipped up on several very easy questions. Lewis was caught by The Chaser, and left humiliated with nothing to show for the day - except a broken heart. According to staff on the show, Lewis refused to stay in the Green Room to cheer on the other contestants, instead insisting he wanted to go and listen to Adele in the bath and reflect on the day's events and the memories that it had stirred up.
